● Weekly Ramblings #2 ●

Can we ignore the fact the last weekly ramblings post I published was back in May.... 2014? I just want to sit down and chat.

On Sunday, me and my friend Leanne headed down to Miranda as Uniqlo had opened. I usually don't tend to head to the shire even though I live near there. It's all foreign territory to me. I'm so happy that Sydney has finally decided to open some decent stores. When I was in Shanghai, Uniqlo was massive and it did not disappoint. So much was on sale and when I saw turtlenecks for $15, I went into turtleneck heaven and picked out four different colours. Yes, I did get a bit carried away. I ended up buying a white turtleneck and a grey lace camisole totalling to $25 so that was really good.

We also went to Topshop, Lush, got some ice-cream (I got chocolate fudge and burnt butter and sage) and enjoyed the sunset. It was a great Sunday afternoon and since it is winter tomorrow, I am loving the dark red lipstick and today I wore Rimmel Lasting Finish Matte by Kate Moss in 107 which is a lovely deep berry colour. There is only one week of university left and then we have a study period and exams but for the days remaining, I'm going to be daring and wear that lipstick to uni. You can not stop me haha.

This was nice compared to revising accounting. However, I have no choice right now. The rest of the week has been very ordinary. I went to see Vivid on Monday which I have already written about. You can read it here. I had uni on Tuesday and decided to skip both lectures on Wednesday because why not. Thursday was just studying and on Friday, I had my accounting presentation and one of our members didn't turn up due to traffic delays. I also fell asleep at 10pm that night which I thought was quite an achievement. My Friday nights are quite eventful as you can tell. On Saturday, my boss made me teach Year Ones by myself rather than my regular assistant role and I was greatly appreciative. They were incredibly adorable and I could not stop smiling. I do love my job. I really do. Then realised Future Classic was that day and I would not see my bae (Flume) but I'm alright because I am going to see Last Dinosaurs and Purity Ring with primary school friends so I'm very excited. I keep rubbing Purity Ring in Susie's face. I don't think she minds. (She totally does)

How was your week?
